Hi, my name is Ekaterina Nikitina. With a degree in communications and public relations, I’ve spent over nine years in the marketing field. I’m a member of both the American Marketing Association and the Public Relations Society of America.

I am experienced with strategic and results-driven marketing solutions. I have proven expertise in digital and print marketing. I will use these well-honed skills to help you successfully market your business.

How Will We Work Together?

First, schedule a free discovery call.

The purpose of a discovery call is to:

  • Understand your business pain points, needs, and goals.
  • Determine if we are a good fit for each other.
  • Choose the right package for you.

When we agree to work with each other, you will get a welcome questionnaire before your very first 90-minute coaching call so I could learn more about your business. I will also prepare a marketing audit of your business to see if there are any gaps that you were not aware of. 

If you choose the Full House or Royal Flush package, you will have four 90-minute coaching sessions per month. You will also get support in between calls via email (Mo-Fr). 

During each call, we will pick the focus area and set goals to work on the following week. We will work on planning a successful marketing strategy for your business and how to implement it.

Please come prepared for our session and have a list of questions for us to address them. If your question will require some preparation, we will talk about it during our following session.

About a marketing coach in general

As a business owner, you most likely wear a lot of hats in your business, and you have a lot of responsibilities that, most probably, lie outside of marketing. This is the time when you need a marketing coach who will:

Make sure you get along with your coach. We are all humans, and it’s OK to be NOT “on the same wavelength.” 

If you do “click”, you are in what’s called interpersonal synchronization which is very important for a successful partnership for the next few months. 

Working with a coach is a two-way street.

About our one-on-one coaching session

I understand that life happens from time to time, and I’m open to rescheduling your session 24 hours in advance. You are required to make it up within 5 days. 

Don’t make a habit of rescheduling our coaching sessions. Stay committed to your decisions. 

All contracts are binding. I do not offer any refunds on coaching services. When refunds are an option, you are not fully committed to your success. You are either all in or all out. There is no halfway with me. 

It is to your benefit to decide before purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you.  I offer a free 30-minute discovery call.  It is for the very same reason – not only to discuss your needs but to see if we are a good fit.

If there’s anything specific you would like me to prepare for or look over, I will need at least 48 hours notice via email so I can dedicate time to it.

Your session will be hosted on Zoom video conferencing, so please be fully present. Don’t drive or engage in other activities. 

Yes – you’ll be sent the recording within 24 hours after the session (if not sooner).

You will need to download the software on your phone or computer before you join.

I may be screen sharing some information, so I recommend you to use your computer to be able to see my screen clearly. 

Please be on time. I won’t compensate for late attendance by running over. If you are late, you are telling your subconscious that you are not taking coaching sessions seriously. 

Plus, I often do consultancy calls back-to-back so I need to be strict on timings. 

Everything you share during our time together is confidential – including the recordings of our sessions and any notes I may take during our calls. The intellectual property rights for all materials during our time working together belong to me, and you can only use those materials or products for your own personal use and you may not share them with, or sell them to, third parties.
